Unpack the downloaded ZIP file

Right-click on .Install → Install → Open → Yes

Open Settings → Personalization → Themes → Mouse cursor

Select Oreo Nord from the drop-down menu under Scheme

Make sure Enable pointer shadow is not selected

Click OK
