🧾 instructions

• Unpack the downloaded ZIP file
• Right click on .Install → Install → Open → Yes
• Open Settings → Personalization → Themes → Mouse cursor
• Select *Opera Neon* from the drop-down menu under Scheme
• Make sure Enable pointer shadow is not selected
• Click OK
